It depends on the size of the problem: a support agent is one project, consolidating your whole operation is another. The number comes after the diagnosis. This first batch gets founding-client pricing, below what we'll charge once the case studies go public.
No. You need to know how your business works and which problem you want solved. Programming, integrating, hosting and keeping it running is our job.
Yes — that's most projects. WhatsApp, payment and course platforms, CRM, calendar, spreadsheets: in the diagnosis we map what exists and connect to it instead of replacing it.
You choose: hire ongoing operations (we monitor 24/7 and fix issues before you notice) or run it yourself. The system is yours, with code, data and accounts in your name, and any competent developer can maintain it.
The founder works on every project, from diagnosis to delivery, using the same AI production line that keeps our current systems running. We take 5 projects per batch because that's what the calendar allows.
The system can run in accounts under your company's name (server, database, integrations) or on our managed infrastructure, you choose during the diagnosis. We don't sell your data or train anything on it, and we'll sign an NDA before the first call if you prefer.
That's exactly what the blueprint phase is for: we revise it with you until it's right, and nothing is built without approval. If you decide not to move forward, the project stops there: you keep the blueprint and don't pay for the build.
No. The build is a one-time project with a fixed scope you approve upfront. Ongoing operations, if you want it, is month-to-month — cancel any time and the system stays yours.
Most first systems go live 2 to 4 weeks after you approve the blueprint. Bigger builds get delivered in working pieces, so you see value before the whole thing is done.
